Mustang parts on the way

As some of you may know, I own a ‘65 Ford Mustang. I haven’t driven it in quite a while (over a year I think). Its been sitting in my garage waiting for me to tune it up, replace some parts, and let it out of the corral. Well the time is almost here and I am getting very excited. I just ordered up some parts yesterday from Summit Racing:

  1. Accel SuperStock Ignition Coil
  2. Taylor Spiro-Pro Spark Plug Wires
  3. Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust Kit
  4. Hedman Street Hedders

I’m actually quite pleased with Summit. I placed my order yesterday, only had to pay handling charges of $8.95 (free shipping), and they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. That is service.

So anyway.. I now have another project to get done. But I’m not complaining, I’ve been waiting to do this for a long time.

Google Weirdness

March 30th, 2005

Well apparently my pagerank has dropped off of the face of the earth. Weird. Oh well, not like I care all that much about page rankings. But I just find it curious that I can go from a pagerank of 4 one day to an “unranked” status the next.

I wonder if it is because all of my links aren’t on my front page anymore.. I might have to look into that. Oh wait.. I don’t care about page ranks, right?

Sorry about the long vacation away.. I was, er, on vacation. Well I officially got back to work on Monday so I don’t have any excuse as to why I haven’t been posting other than lack of content to post. Guess I should start making stuff up just to keep the ball rolling.

I’ll see if I can come up with some B.S. here real soon.. I promise.. well maybe.

Geek Humor

March 17th, 2005

Found a funny bit of CSS today. I think my geekness is in full force today, because this had me rolling.

b {
font-weight : bold;
}

Then I came across this line of code:

Const int ONEPLUSTWO = 1+2

I can’t believe people actually do things like this.

The next Unreal Engine is looking pretty sweet. The demos take a while to download, but they are well worth it.

March 11th, 2005

I haven’t had a silly quiz in a while and I came across this one. This is for the particularly geeky geek. Thank goodness I don’t fall into this category. Ok… stop your laughing now and try it out.
