Hey…. I posted 5 entries in one day!!!!

Sorry, I just had to say something, this isn’t normal for me :)

WMD 404 Pulled

Well I received an email back from Anthony Cox, the creator of Weapons of Mass Destruction, and he asked me not to use it as my 404 page. I am going to respect his wishes and pull the 404 page from my site. He did however point me to a webring of people who create these 404 pages all the time. So I may do some reading up and thinking and create my own. Thanks to Anthony for inspiring me.

Episode III Release Date Announced

It’s official, Star Wars: Episode III Release Dates have been announced. Even with all of the negative reviews of the previous two releases of the prequels, I am still excited to see this movie. This should be the one that answers many questions and it will be nice to see everything get wrapped up.

How do you feel about the Star Wars saga??? Hate ‘em? Love ‘em? Don’t be shy, let me know.

New 404 Error Page

Acting on Wayne Hurlbert’s advice, I made Weapons of Mass Destruction my default 404 Error Page.

Now I can’t take credit for this creation. After doing some link clicking I found the creator who is another blogger. So this was a good find if you ask me. I’ve sent an email to the author of Black Triangle to make sure it is ok that I use his code for my 404 Error Page. So for now it is up, but if he doesn’t like it, it will come down. Hopefully he doesn’t mind because I find it quite amusing.

If only this were true. I found this over on ThinkGeek. I’ve been waiting for Half-Life 2 for a very long time. But it seems to be turning into vaporware that will never come to pass.

Free Gigabyte Email Account

An interesting press release over at Google this morning. Apparently they are beta testing a new Webmail service that they plan on launching called Gmail. They boast the ability for a user to store up to 1000 megabytes of email and will also have the ability to use Google’s well known search engine to search through the thousands of messages that could potentially be stored.

It is, however, very curious that they decided to release this bit of news on April 1st, better known as April Fool’s Day.
