9/11 Chair: Attack Was Preventable

“This is a very, very important part of history and we’ve got to tell it right,” said Thomas Kean.

“As you read the report, you’re going to have a pretty clear idea what wasn’t done and what should have been done,” he said. “This was not something that had to happen.”

Appointed by the Bush administration, Kean, a former Republican governor of New Jersey, is now pointing fingers inside the administration and laying blame.

“There are people that, if I was doing the job, would certainly not be in the position they were in at that time because they failed. They simply failed,” Kean said.

So Tired…

Next time I tell you that I am going to go to a midnight showing of a movie, remind me that the movie is the same a week later during the day. I am so dang tired right now. For those of you who have no clue as to what I am talking about, I went to Lord of the Rings: Return of the King last night at midnight. Four hours later I was in bed. Two and half hours later I was getting up for work. So here I am, sitting like a zombie, barely able to get my fingers to move, let alone react well enough to type this with any speed. I am praying for the clock to move faster so I can go home and sleep, however, it seems to be slowing down as I watch it. I guess I’ll stop watching it.

Anti-Spam Law to take affect Jan 1

We’ll see if this new law will really have any effect on the number of spam messages I receive daily. I hope it does, however I am not convinced that it will. I’m guessing most of spam is sent from outside of the US borders which we don’t have control over. We’ll see over the course of the next year or so.

Snowman Poop = Porn?

Kindof strange but I had to remove the keywords “snowman+poop” from my last post because, in the Skoobie search, the number one hit was some Porn site. That’s not exactly what I wan to be promoting here. I guess I’ll have to be more selective as to what I use for my keywords from now on.

LOTR: ROTK

I’m going to the Midnight showing tonight of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. It should be a good show. But I am going to be dead-ass tired tomorrow. The movie has a running time of 3 hours and 21 minutes. So I figure I’ll be home and in bed around 4am. Then I gotta drag my ass out of bed around 6:30am to get to work. So I warn everyone now, “Don’t mess with me tomorrow, cause I’m going to be one grumpy bastard.”
